Terms and conditions



Products will normally dispatch 48 hours after purchase, although when ordering your products on a weekend, will be despatched on the following Tuesday.

If your product does seem to be damaged during transit, I will need photographic evidence meaning you will need to keep all packaging and content as it is, for inspection.

In the unfortunate event your product is lost or damaged please get in touch. Due to the nature of the products CayleighAnne sells, all products will be fully insured for any theft or accidental damage during transit. 

If you have not received your products within the time frame given in your confirmation email, please get in touch using the contact page.



If you have received your product(s) and are not completely satisfied with them or you have any queries, you have 14 days from the day the delivery arrived to contact us for a refund or general enquiry in which we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns are made at your own cost by a reputable carrier but can be claimed back with a refund if receipt evidence is proven, this only applies to standard 1st class postage, tracking. Anything extravagant will not be paid back in full.
All products wanting to be returned will NOT have been used for any purposes and will have to adhere to the terms and conditions set by CayleighAnne as stated below.

All Products:

  • All original packaging will be kept, only full returns can be made if the product is in the condition it arrived in.
  • Refunds will not be made if the product has been damaged or if parts are missing.

HandBags and purses:

  • If your product comes with a dust bag this will be returned in the original packaging.
  • Swing tags will still be attached and untampered with.

Cleaners and Conditioners:

  • Security sticker will not be removed or tampered.
  • You will not receive a full refund amount but only 50% of the original price if we are not happy with the state of the tamper seal.

Returns can only be made once we have received the original product(s) for inspection, then a return can be issued. Once refunds have been accepted our side, it will take up to a week to get back into your account – Please note that banks can vary.

Personalisation and Customisation

For all personalised or customised products that have been made to order, please note there will be a longer waiting period, this doesn’t apply for standard off-the-shelf products, also please read the fine print prior to ordering any custom products, thank you.

Packaging and Gifting

All my products are packaged in discrete boxes, surrounded in acid free tissue paper and sealed with a wax seal. 

No product price or receipt will be in the content of the packaging, perfect for gifting and for your convenience.


Please note we do not offer complete exchanges, If you wish to exchange an item please follow the returns policy to get a refund for your money. Either you can wait for this money to return to your bank account then re-order, or re-order for a speedier process.

Product Care

CayleighAnne are not hold responsible for the life span of your product when it comes to the condition of the leather. This is down to you, the buyer, to ensure you are doing the correct things to maintain the quality of your leather bag.

By keeping your leather clean, free from stains and introducing the nutrients it needs periodically, it will help prolong the product life. We sell various products to ensure your product is kept perfect for years to come. 

Warranty and Faulty Products


If you have any issues with a product when it first arrives please follow the Issue or Returns Policy.

You have 1 year warranty* over all leather products, this does not include normal wear and tear on the product. 

* Issues that are not covered by your 1 year warranty: 

  • Leather cracking and the quality of the leather, products can be purchased to maintain your leathers quality throughout its lifespan, this is down to the purchaser to maintain the leather quality.
  • Scratches, dents, stains are part of your normal wear and tear of a product and this is not covered by your warranty.
  • Wearing down of the handle is classed as normal wear and tear of your product, although contact us and we may be able to replace the handles for a small cost.

Your warranty includes free fixing on any issues within the 1st year of your product purchased that can be covered by your warranty.
